Return Window
We accept returns within 60 days of your order’s delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any tags or seals intact.
Start a Return
Contact us at customersupport@nydras.com to begin your return. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and full instructions. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately so we can make it right. Be sure to include your order number and photos if possible.

- Used or opened personal care items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items

Exchanges
Need something different? Return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, email us at customersupport@nydras.com.
